Waterloo Regional Police Service have announced via X that they are requesting the public's assistance with locating Eduard.
He is described as a white male, 6', average build, short dark blonde hair, green eyes, glasses.
He was last seen at approximately 2:20 pm in the area of Vintage Cr. in Kitchener, wearing light green thin toque, dark blue puffer jacket with black hoody with green jacket underneath, dark blue snow pants.
