Police investigate Kitchener convenience store robbery

Waterloo Regional Police are continuing to investigate a robbery at a convenience store in the Heritage Park area of Kitchener.

On Aug. 18, 2024, at approximately 3:10 a.m., police responded to a report of a robbery in progress at a store at Lorraine Avenue and Heritage Drive.

Through investigation, police learned that three suspects entered the store brandishing knives. The suspects stole cash and merchandise and then fled the area on foot.

No physical injuries were reported as a result of this incident.

The investigation is ongoing by WPRS’ Robbery Team.
