Police continue to investigate suspicious person in South Kitchener

Waterloo regional police are investigating after a suspicious person was reported in Kitchener.

On Feb. 4 at around 8:50 a.m., a female youth was walking in the area of Bechtel Drive and Doon Village Road, and was followed by an unknown male.

The unknown male attempted to talk with the youth and then left the area.

The male is described as "a brown male, approximately 40 years, with an average height."

The male was wearing a blue puffy jacket with the hood up and grey pants.

No physical injuries were reported.

The investigation is ongoing by WRPS' Special Victims Unit.
