Two arrested after police locate stolen vehicle in Waterloo

Two women from Kitchener have been charged after police stopped them in a stolen vehicle in Waterloo this morning.

Waterloo Regional Police Service’s neighbourhood policing – north division said officers located a stolen vehicle parked in the area of Erb Street West and Fischer-Hallman Road around 8 a.m. and arrested the two female occupants.

As a result of the investigation, the women, a 39-year-old and a 36-year-old from Kitchener, were held in police custody for a bail hearing following their arrests.
