Waterloo Regional Police have charged a male in connection to two sexual assaults in Waterloo.
On Nov. 2 two female victims were sexually assaulted by a male in separate incidents. On Nov. 8 WRPS Special Victims Unit investigators arrested the male after locating him in the area of King Street North and Ezra Street in Waterloo.
The male, a 28-year-old from Kitchener, has been charged with two counts of sexual assault.
The accused was held in police custody for a bail hearing.
The Waterloo Regional Police Service would like to thank members of the public and multiple businesses for their cooperation and assistance with this investigation.
