On September 19, 2024, at approximately 9:30 p.m., members of Waterloo Regional Police’s Direct Action Response Team (DART) in the area of King Street North and Bricker Avenue received an Automated Licence Plate Recognition (ALPR) alert for a vehicle registered to a suspended driver.
