Members from Waterloo Regional Police Service's Traffic Services Unit continue to investigate a fatal collision in North Dumfries Township.
On Oct. 6, 2022, at approximately 12:30 p.m., emergency services responded to the area of Shellard Road and Old Beverly Road, for multiple reports of a collision.
The collision was between a commercial motor vehicle and a car.
The driver and the passenger of the car were both pronounced deceased at the scene.
The roads are expected to be closed in the area for the next several hours for the investigation.
The investigation is ongoing by members of our Traffic Services Unit.
