Police search for male who filmed child in public changeroom

Waterloo regional police are asking for tips after getting a report of a teenage male filming a child who was changing at the Waterloo Memorial Recreation Complex

Waterloo regional police say they are investigating a report of an individual who was observed committing an act of voyeurism in Waterloo.

On Feb. 12, at around 7:15 p.m., police received a report of an individual recording a child while changing in a private stall at the Waterloo Memorial Recreation Complex on Father David Bauer Drive.

The individual was described as a brown male, approximately 16 years old, with short hair. The male was wearing beige track pants and a beige hoodie.

The investigation is ongoing.
