Waterloo Regional Police are looking for 56-year-old Dao, last seen wearing a grey toque, a long black Canada Goose jacket with fur, a blue-and-black bag, white shoes and black pants.
Dao was last seen in the area of Templeton Drive in Kitchener, according to a post on X. If they are located, please contact police. Anonymous tips can be provided to Waterloo Crime Stoppers.
