Waterloo Regional Police are continuing to investigate a commercial fire in Kitchener.
On February 7, 2025, at approximately 9:30 p.m., emergency services responded to reports of a structure fire in the area of Frederick Street and Bruce Street.
An unknown male was observed on CCTV footage igniting a structure on a commercial property. The fire caused significant damage to the structure, as well as the business. The fire dissipated prior to emergency services arriving.
There were no physical injuries reported.
The investigation remains ongoing. Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 519-570-9777.
