Police are looking for three suspects after a handgun was brandished during a convenience store robbery in Kitchener early this morning.
Waterloo regional police said around 4:15 a.m. they responded to a report of a robbery at a convenience store in the area of Highland Road West and Westmount Road.
Three male suspects entered the store, brandished a handgun towards an employee, and stole merchandise. The males then fled on foot towards Overlea Drive.
The employee did not sustain any physical injuries.
The suspects are described as Black, 20–25 years old, six-feet tall, and wearing dark-coloured clothing and gloves.
The investigation remains ongoing by WRPS' Robbery Team.
