A 15-year-old Cambridge male is among three teens police have charged with armed robbery after a business was targeted in Kitchener yesterday.
Waterloo regional police said on March 5, 2025, at aroud 3:50 p.m., police responded to a report of an armed robbery at a business in the area of Duke Street East and Frederick Street.
Three masked males entered the store armed with knives and stole merchandise.
Officers located two of the suspects nearby and placed them under arrest. The third suspect was arrested shortly after 6 p.m.
No physical injuries were reported.
As a result of the investigation, the youths, including two from Kitchener, were charged with robbery with a weapon, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose annd disguise with intent.
The accused parties were held for a bail hearing.
The investigation remains ongoing by WRPS’ Robbery Team and additional charges are anticipated.
