A 21-year-old Cambridge man was arrested by Brant County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) last week following a traffic complaint on Highway 24.
Police said at around 12:30 a.m., Oct. 20 a caller observed driving behaviour that caused them to be concerned and contacted police.
Police located the vehicle, arrested the driver and transported him to Brantford Police Service for testing.
The man was charged with operation while impaired, having a blood alcohol concentration over 80 mg and dangerous operation.
The accused was released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice located in Brantford on Nov. 8.
Police ask anyone who sees a suspected impaired driver, to contact police immediately by calling 9-1-1.
