An exciting new project will feature Cambridge poets in an upcoming compilation book.

This local poem collection will be published in paperback and ebook formats available through Amazon and local independent booksellers.

Cambridge poets are invited to submit one poem on the Fuse website starting Jan. 20, 2025. The deadline for submissions is Feb. 22 at 12 p.m.. Successful applicants will be notified no later than three weeks after the February deadline.

There is no cost to submit the poem. Submission requirements are on the Fuse website. https://fuseart.org.

The collection follows up on the 2024 “It Came from Cambridge – Short stories from people who live here - Volume 1” book.

Paul Langan, Fuse President, local author and project coordinator states, “We are looking forward to our second collection of artistic works this time featuring poets who live in Cambridge. We welcome new and established poets to submit their works. It is an excellent way for local poets to get recognition in the community and see their poet published worldwide at no cost.”

An official launch of the book will help spread the word and bring recognition to talented local poets in our community.  The book launch event is in cooperation with Cambridge Libraries. It is scheduled for Friday, April 4, 2025, from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Old Post Office, 12 Water Street South in Cambridge.

For more information visit the Fuse website at https://www.fuseart.org/submit or email Paul Langan at [email protected].
