The City of Cambridge is happy to share a new tool, the Cambridge Data Hub – a dynamic, interactive resource designed to support potential investors, businesses, and community members with local data insights.

The Cambridge Data Hub acts as a one-stop shop for businesses looking to invest and grow in Cambridge. This platform provides up-to-date access to an extensive database of available commercial and industrial properties, community profiles, and a wealth of data on demographics, workforce, business landscape, and more. It also offers a suite of powerful tools to help users visualize, map, and analyze this data in ways that meet their specific needs.

Key Features of the Cambridge Data Hub:

  • Property and Community Research: Browse up-to-date property listings from the Waterloo Region Association of Realtors and analyze with detailed community data.
  • Data Visualization: Map and view data using layers, thematic heat maps, charts, graphs, infographics, and reports.
  • Shareable Insights: Generate custom maps and data reports

To help everyone make the most of this new resource, the City of Cambridge will host a workshop, open to all community members. This online webinar will guide participants through the tool’s full capabilities and demonstrate how to leverage it for research, analysis, and presentations.
