The City, in partnership with the GRCA, is continuing to monitor the flooding situation after yesterday’s storm, and additional rainfall this morning. The following areas are still affected:
- Clyde Road was closed from the Franklin roundabout to Elgin St due to flooding but has since been reopened.
- Riverside Park parking area remains closed.
- Soper Park remains closed.
- Sports fields remain closed due to saturation of the turf.
- Mill Race trail remains closed.
Staff continue to check on the conditions of trails, roads and parks as well as following up on resident reports. We thank you for your patience.
