Victim assaulted, robbed by 4 suspects in Kitchener: police

Police are looking for four south Asian males alleged to have assaulted and robbed a 55-year-old Kitchener man early Monday.

Waterloo regional police responded to the robbery report around 1 a.m. Monday in the area of Kingsway Drive and Greenfield Avenue.

The victim said he was approached by four males who assaulted him and stole money.

The suspects are described as between 25-30 years old.

The victim sustained non life-threatening physical injuries and was transported to a local hospital by Region of Waterloo Paramedic Services.

The investigation is ongoing by WRPS’ General Investigations Unit.
