Waterloo Regional Police’s General Investigations Unit is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying an individual in connection to a stabbing incident in Cambridge.
On May 9, 2022, at approximately 6 p.m., police responded to the area of Main Street and Wellington Street for a report of a stabbing outside a business.
Through the initial investigation, it was determined that two individuals were involved in an altercation, leading to the stabbing of one of the involved parties.
The victim, a 27-year-old male, sustained serious but non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to an out-of-region hospital for treatment.
Investigators are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the individual pictured below in connection to this incident.
