Police are investigating after someone broke into a home on the Woolwich Township end of Chilligo Road last week while the residents were asleep.
Waterloo regional police’s break, enter, and vehicle theft team is investigating the Oct. 11, incident in which an unknown suspect entered the home and stole property around 4:45 a.m.
Police are reminding residents to keep their doors and windows locked, even when home, to keep valuables out of common areas and out of plain sight, and to consider securing their homes with front and rear surveillance cameras.
