It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Larry Sheridan, who left us peacefully on Wednesday, January 15th 2025. Born to Fred and Dorothy Sheridan of Toronto, Larry lived a life full of adventure, dedication, and love.
Larry is survived by his beloved wife, Sue, who was his constant companion and source of strength. He will be deeply missed by his children, Jeff (Katie), Mike (Jenna), Nick, James (Gillian), and Cathrena (Sean). His cherished grandchildren—Mikayla, Braden, Shelby, Jessica, William, James, Aaron, Jace, Henry, Hannah, Alex, and Carter—brought immense joy to his life and will carry on his legacy.
Larry spent over 40 years as a dedicated truck driver, earning respect for his hard work and unwavering commitment. Off the road, he had a true passion for riding motorcycles, embracing the open road with enthusiasm and a sense of freedom. His loyal dog, Chance, will feel his absence deeply, as will all who knew and loved him.
Larry’s life was a testament to resilience, adventure, and the deep bonds of family. He touched many lives and left an indelible mark on the hearts of those fortunate enough to know him.
A viewing will be held on Sunday, January 19th from 4pm-8pm at Barthel Funeral Home. service will be held on Monday, January 20th at 11am. In lieu of flowers, please raise a glass and have a drink in honour of Larry.
