It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eugene Raymond Nafziger (Ray) in his 74th year after a lengthy battle with Parkinson’s disease.
Ray is father to two daughters and two sons-in-law, he is survived by four wonderful grandchildren as well as his sister Brenda and brother-in-law Mike.
Ray was born in Preston, Ontario; he graduated from the University of Laurier and spent his life living and running his business in the Waterloo/Guelph area. He loved to spend his leisure time on the shores of Lake Huron, buying land and building a family cottage in Point Clark, Ontario.
Ray’s sense of humour and love of music will forever be in the hearts of his family and the times spent at the family cottage will be looked upon fondly by all.
