Passed away suddenly in Cambridge on Wednesday November 27, 2024, at the age of 40.
Loving husband of Erika who together shared 25 years. Adored father to Jordan. Cherished son of Paula Moulton and Paul Melo, grandson of Dawn, Douglas, John and Virginia. Jason will also be sadly missed by his siblings Cameron, Dylan, Tyler and Nick as well as nephew Maxwell and niece Ava. Jason enjoyed spending time with family and friends, he especially enjoyed gaming with his son and playing soccer, listening to music and enjoying a good BBQ.
You could always see Jay helping others and never being judgmental. Jay will also be sadly missed by his daughters Shaelynn and Hailey.
Cremation has taken place and no Funeral service to be held at this time.
