With heavy hearts we announce Them’s passing after a brief period of illness, on Friday, June 11, 2021 at St. Mary’s Hospital, Kitchener in his 64th year.
Beloved husband to Sok Nghin Ung of 30 wonderful years and loving father to Jason and Andy Lien. Them will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his family and friends.
Due to the current restrictions surrounding COVID-19, a private family service will be held and Them will be laid to rest at New Hope Cemetery, Cambridge.
