SEPTEMBER 28, 1948 – AUGUST 31, 2021
After a courageous battle with cancer, Thomas Robert Foskett passed away surrounded by his loving family on Tuesday, August 31st, 2021 at the age of 72.
Tom was the ultimate family man and an accomplished businessman. He worked for many years as an engineer and eventually became the owner and President of Bartell Morrison Inc. To say that Tom was an avid golfer would be an understatement; golfing was his passion! He has been a member of Galt Country Club for 25 years. Tom also loved to travel the world and had the pleasure of visiting 68 different countries in his life, most recently Chile and Argentina in 2020, and a trip across Asia in 2019.
Tom will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by his beloved wife and travelling partner Martha, sons Derek (Teresa) and Tim, daughters Alison (Darrell) and Leslie (Shane), sister Audrey (John), grandchildren Jordan, Zach, Taylor, Riley, Karina, Kade, Nicole, Kayla, and many more family members and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Thomas and Amy Foskett.
Cremation has taken place and a Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 9th from 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm at T. Little Funeral Home (223 Main Street, Cambridge). All guests are required to wear a mask and follow Covid-19 protocols. A private Memorial Service will follow at 3:00 pm. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
