Santa Claus is coming to town for the annual Cambridge parade on Saturday night.

Friday, Nov. 15

Fibreworks 20th Anniversary Collection Show

Cambridge Public Library Preston - 435 King St. E, all day

In honour of the 20th anniversary, a collection of past Fibreworks will be on display. Runs until Dec. 1.

Stock-in-Transit

Cambridge Public Library Queen's Square - 1 North Square, all day

An exhibition by José Luis Torres that inspires people to think about the critiques of consumerism. Runs until Jan. 17.

Stitching Science

Cambridge Idea Exchange Old Post Office - 12 Water St. S, all day until March 30

View the Cambridge Art Galleries' inaugural exhibition at the Iibrary. Embroidery work from Guelph-based artist Lauren Wright Vartanian will be on display.

A Curious Landscape

Cambridge Public Library Queen's Square - 1 North Square, all day until Jan. 5

View the parametric sculptural installation in the Cambridge Art Galleries' Artist Garden.

Connections 50+

Cambridge Public Library Queen's Square - 1 North Square, 10:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.

Build relationships with other older adults through concerts, crafting and chats.

Winter Ice and Lights

Central Park - 615 King St. E, 5 p.m.

View the many holiday-inspired light installations in the park until the end of December.

Tween Nerf Night

Cambridge Public Library Old Post Office - 12 Water St. S, 6 p.m. - 8 p.m.

Kids aged 10 to 14 can bring their unmodified nerf blasters for a night of fun and games.

Queer Night Market

Farm League Brewing - 295 Ainslie St S, 6 p.m. - 10 p.m.

Hosted by Grand River Pride, residents can browse a variety of artisans vendors. 

Karaoke with Emma

Wave Maker Brewery - 639 Laurel St., 8 p.m.

Get your vocal cords warm to impress the community.

Cambridge Farmers’ Market

40 Dickson St, 7:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

A central community food hub, the market features 26 year round vendors and 30 seasonal vendors.

Introduction to Large Format Printing

Cambridge Public Library Old Post Office - 12 Water St. S, 10:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.

Get to know the various ways to use the 24" printer.

Loom Bracelet Beading Workshop

Cambridge Public Library Queen's Square - 1 North Square, 11 p.m. - 3 p.m.

Join Haudenosaunee artisan Susan Hill in making beaded bracelets.

Pet Photos with Santa

Fireside Haven - 54 Guelph Ave, 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.

Photos are $15 and can be purchased in advance here or at the door.

Over 25 local artisans will be on-hand selling their products.

Buffalo Bills Tailgate Party

Gaslight District - 64 Grand Ave S, 12 p.m.

Watch the Buffalo Bills take on the Kansas City Chiefs on the big screen at 4:25 p.m. The Jacksonville Jaguars versus Detroit Lions will be shown at 1 p.m.

Open Mic
