New Democrats in Cambridge gathered to nominate Marjorie Knight as their candidate for the next provincial election. Knight is a longtime Cambridge resident, anti-poverty advocate and community outreach worker, and has run strong campaigns with the Ontario NDP since 2018.

“I am honoured to be your Ontario NDP candidate in Cambridge,” said Knight. “After decades of poor leadership from Liberals and Conservatives, the people of Cambridge deserve real representation that will fight for them in the legislature. I am excited to stand with Marit Stiles and the Ontario NDP to finally elect a government that works for you.”

“Marjorie is an incredible community leader,” said Marit Stiles “We need her voice at Queen’s Park, fighting for the things that matter most. Here in Cambridge, Marjorie has spent years working for the people and standing up for the community. After seven long years of Ford, the people of Cambridge deserve a representative that’s working for them, and a government that’s on their side. I am proud to have Marjorie on our team as we fight to build the Ontario you deserve.”
