The Cambridge Public Library has shared its lists of the most borrowed titles of the year with Kristin Hannah's widely praised novel The Women topping the list for adult fiction.

The titles reflect the books, eBooks, and eAudiobooks that were checked out most by library members.

“As we venture into 2025, it is the perfect time to reflect on the topics and themes that inspired our community’s reading lists in 2024,” expressed Chrissy Hodgins, Cambridge Public Library CEO.

A free membership card lets you not only borrow the latest books but also new puzzles and games, just released movies, and other unique items such as musical instruments. In 2021 Cambridge Public Library joined other libraries across North America and permanently eliminated all overdue fines on late materials.
