Pride events run throughout the month of June in Cambridge

There's lots of ways to celebrate Pride Month in Cambridge.

With Pride Month just over a week away, Grand River Pride is preparing to put on several events in Cambridge. For more events, check out the CambridgeToday events page.

Flag Raising at City Hall

Thursday, June 1

50 Dickson St, 12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.

The Pride Month festivities kick off at city hall with the raising of the Progress Flag.

Pride Music Bingo at EVO

Friday, June 2

EVO Kitchen & Bar - 31 Water St S, 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

A RuPaul lip sync themed bingo night. To register call 519-740-9900.

OK2BME: Pride Prom 2023 - Starry Night

Friday, June 2

Cambridge Centre of the Arts - 60 Dickson St, 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.

An annual Pride prom for students in Grade’s 9 to 12 (ages 13 to 18) who identify as 2SLGBTQIA+ or as an ally. Register by May 31 at the Cambridge Centre for the Arts. Event is free but space is limited.

Family Fun Day

Saturday, June 3

Main St, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Head to Galt for a family-friendly day of events.

Galt Jazz

Sunday, June 4

Main St, 2 p.m. - 5 p.m.

Take to the core for Galt Jazz.

Queer Movie Night

Tuesday, June 6

Cambridge Centre of the Arts - 60 Dickson St, 6 p.m.

Being hosted by the Grand River Film Fest, residents can enjoy Hearts Beat Loud at 6 p.m. and Dating Amber at 8:30 p.m.

Industry Night

Tuesday, June 6

Cambridge Mill - 100 Water St N, 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

An event for residents enthusiastic about music, community and authentic experiences.

Pride Comedy Night

Wednesday, June 7

OG Bottle Shop - 135 George St N, 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Enjoy a night of laughs at the Old Galt Bottle Shop.

Preston Towne Market

Thursday, June 8

Preston, 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Celebrate Pride by shopping and supporting Queer Vendors, buskers, artists, music and more.

Pride Anthems Karaoke & Open Mic Night

Thursday, June 8

Farm League Brewing - 295 Ainslie St S, 6 p.m. to 8:10 p.m.

Show off your signing skills and enjoy a craft beer.

PRIDE Street Party

Saturday, June 10

Main St, 12:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Galt will host vendors, a market and musical entertainment featuring headliner Tynomi Banks.

The Robin's Nest Revisited

Saturday, June 24

At The Robin's Nest! 135 George St. N., Galt

1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Meet The Robin's Nest documentary filmmaker Chris Vautour, inter-generational queer history conversation, Anne and Duffy Memory Board, Robin's Nest Confessional, DJ Sheena.

4 p.m. to 7 p.m. After party at the Old Galt Bottle Company on site at the Robin's Nest.

This is an all ages 2SLGBTQIA+ event in collaboration with Spectrum and the City of Cambridge.
