An 82-year-old woman suffered non-life-threatening injuries after she lost control of her vehicle and slammed into the side of Hilltop Convenience on Edward Street and Johnston Avenue in Hespeler on Wednesday afternoon.
Police were called around 1:15 p.m. Both the vehicle and building suffered extensive damage.
The driver was treated at the scene by Region of Waterloo Paramedics.
The investigation is ongoing by members of the Traffic Services Unit.
