Charges have been laid in connection with the January collision that claimed the lives of two Guelph children.
Evan Lodge, 12, and his sister Amanda were killed when their mini van collided with a vehicle being driven by a 17-year-old Cambridge teen on Jan. 31 as they were returning from a skiing outing.
A third child, Alyssa, was seriously hurt and mom Susan, the fourth person in the vehicle, escaped injury.
