Richard Rosenberg of Cambridge can realize his dreams after winning a $1 million MaxMillions prize in the August 9 Lotto Max draw.
The winning ticket was purchased at Little Short Stop on Dundas Street South in Cambridge.
Lotto Max players in Ontario have won over $8 billion since 2009, including 107 jackpot wins and 914 MaxMillions prizes, right across the province.
