Real Estate is my passion. In addition to assisting clients buy, sell & invest in real estate. I also teach the profitable art of flipping homes. I personally flip 1-2 homes per year and I manage flips for clients.
I first entered the world of Real Estate in 1989 selling new homes for a Toronto builder who was doing a large project of several hundred homes in Cambridge. I learned so much about new construction in the following years. I also learned that it's important to believe in the values of who you're representing. I didn't believe in their values as they didn't lose sleep at night if closings were delayed and families were left in peril. I did. So we parted ways.
I ventured in to the completely different world of resale homes. Gone were the set working hours of opening & closing model homes & sales offices. Now I was in a world of 24/7 Real Estate. The harder you worked, the more you got out of it. My short days were 10 hours. Seven days a week. But there is no greater satisfaction than seeing the gratitude on a client’s face when you've got the deal done for them.
