Posting for my tenant my home is sold and helping him find good accommodations soon

I am Looking for a reasonable bachelor/ studio bedroom / room in private home or 1 bedroom for rent. Young responsible professorial full time working male. Non smoker. No pets No drugs usage. Clean ,responsible, Quiet with, Good references and credit... I have first and last. Looking within Sault Ste marie....Downtown core is an open option. .Also sharing an apartment with one other male of the same. Is a possibility as well.
