Waterloo regional police say a fire that destroyed a vehicle parked in the area of Shade and Kerr streets early this morning may have been deliberately set.
Upon arrival, the Cambridge Fire Department (CFD) was able to extinguish the 5 a.m. fire and assist officers in the investigation.
The vehicle was unoccupied and was heavily damaged as a result of the fire.
There were no reports of any physical injuries.
From the investigation, the fire is believed to be suspicious.
