Pedestrian charged after being struck by vehicle in Kitchener

A 46-year-old Kitchener woman has been charged with failing to use a crosswalk after she was struck by a vehicle while walking in Kitchener last night and suffered non-life threatening injuries.

Waterloo regional police say the a 7:20 p.m. in the area of Queen’s Boulevard and Westmount Road East.

The pedestrian was transported to a local hospital. The driver of the vehicle, a 46-year-old Kitchener woman, reported no injuries.
