A Cambridge man is facing a number of charges after Wellington OPP stopped a commercial vehicle for a routine inspection on Clair Road in Guelph on Nov. 20.
Police found a number of violations in addition to charging the 46-year-old with operating a commercial vehicle while prohibited under the Criminal Code.
He was also cited for failing to accurately complete a daily inspection report and using improper tires contrary to the Highway Traffic Act.
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario court of justice in Guelph on December 15.
