With heavy hearts, we announce David’s unexpected passing on Friday, August 16th, 2024 at the age of 60.
Loving father to Isaac (Ariel) and Ethan Waldeck and beloved son to Larry Waldeck. David is predeceased by and together once again with his mother Norma (2012). David will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his extended family and close circle of friends.
David had a deep love for music, which brought him joy throughout his life. He was known for his happy and upbeat nature, always ready with a smile or a laugh. David was the kind of person who was there for everyone, whether to listen, offer support, or just chat. He had a way of making people feel better with his humour and warmth. His presence will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place and no public service will be held.
As expressions of sympathy, donations made in David’s memory may be made to Muscular Dystrophy Canada would be gratefully appreciated.
