Passed away peacefully at Lisaard House, in Cambridge, on August 27, 2024. Fraser will be forever loved and profoundly missed by his wife of 42 years, Irene B. Ross (nee Nelle). Fraser was predeceased by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Hector Ross, and one son, David. He will be sadly missed by special friends, The Graupners of Manitoba. Funeral arrangements with Coutts Funeral will be announced at a later date.
