JULY 18, 1973 – MAY 14, 2021
After a long, hard, and courageous battle with leukemia, Tanya Lynn Adams passed away on Friday, May 14, 2021 at the age of 47.
Tanya was a loving, kind, and generous person who always put the needs of others first. She loved to make everyone smile. She was also vibrant and spontaneous and lived life to the fullest. Her life changed for the better when she met the love of her life, Mike, over 22 years ago. Tanya recently graduated from college in 2020 with a degree in Logistics – an accomplishment for which we were all extremely proud. Tanya will be deeply missed and forever remembered by her devoted husband Mike Fister, her beloved daughters Katrina Hammond and Alexandra Adams, and the fur babies she adored so much: Finnigan and Cleopatra (the pups) and Skittles, Sasha, and Casey (the cats).
Cremation has taken place and Tanya’s ashes will be laid to rest at Parklawn Cemetery in a private family ceremony.
