The creative hub in downtown Galt is growing with the addition of a new venue space and studio on Park Hill.

In the same building as Park Hill Studios an influencer, photography studio and creative hub, the group of Cambridge creatives are adding their third studio and a new venue to help local creatives thrive.

The new space at 20 Park Hill Rd. E. will be opening its doors for the first time to the public on July 25, for a vintage clothing market and open house party.

"We envisioned a versatile venue that caters to a wide range of events, from baby showers and birthdays to corporate gatherings," said co-owner Tiffany Lynn.

"Recognizing a gap in the market for affordable, customizable event spaces, we set out to create a place that is both convenient and adaptable, allowing our clients to tailor their events to their unique needs and preferences."

The venue dubbed, "Dolcetto" is equipped with a bar, a stage, and enough space to fit 150 people seated and a max capacity of 200.

Lynn along with Park Hill co-owner Hilary Sisolak have been operating the studios for the past two years, growing the business and attracting the attention of local social media influencers and photographers.

The other two studios that are currently running at the Park Hill building, Melrose and Casa, have been the backdrop for maternity shoots, product and brand campaigns and weddings.

"Upon opening, our main goal has always been to facilitate creativity to the local community. This new venue and product photography space will continue to accomplish this by attracting educational talent from other cities who are willing to partner with us through our new Park Hill education program," added Sisolak.

For the first event at the new studio, Lynn will be hosting a photography workshop on July 21, teaching the basics for wedding, portrait and product photography.

Lynn noted this class will educate local photographers on how to expand their business. Keeping in the theme of teaching, they will continue to educate through a second upcoming workshop tailored to floral designers and photographers in partnership with Cruickston Park.

Dolcetto will be officially opened to the public on July 25 with their Pre-loved Clothes Market running from 6 to 11 p.m.

"We’ve got an array of vintage clothing vendors, Farm League Brewing on the bar, Eric Bolton performing live music and a DJ from 586 event group," said Angelina Makrydakis, public relations for the event in an email to CambridgeToday.

"It will be an evening full of sustainable fashion, great music, and community spirit."

Nearly a dozen vendors and curators will be on site with vintage clothing from brands like Balenciaga, Burberry, Fendi and Levi.
