  • Guelph - Erin - Southern Wellington County
  • Kitchener - Cambridge - Region of Waterloo

Significant rain expected and freezing rain possible.

Hazards:
Periods of heavy rain. Up to 20 mm of rain is possible.
The frozen ground has a reduced ability to absorb this rainfall.
Ice accretion is possible due to freezing rain.

Timing:
Freezing rain is possible this morning and possibly into this afternoon.
Rain at times heavy this afternoon into this evening.

Discussion:
Patchy freezing rain is possible this morning before transitioning to rain this afternoon.

Surfaces such as highways, roads, walkways and parking lots may become icy, slippery and hazardous. Take extra care when walking or driving in affected areas.

Rain is expected to begin late this morning or this afternoon, with up to 20 mm expected.
