Preston Towne Centre BIA looking to fill board positions

Three board positions are up for grabs in the upcoming Preston Towne Centre BIA by-election

Nominations for the Preston Towne Centre BIA board positions close on March 14.

Three vacant positions on the Preston Towne Centre BIA Board of Management will be filled during a by-election on March 15.

The Business Improvement Area is a group of property owners and businesses within Preston who organize and finance physical improvements and promote economic development. The group carries out programs to improve and market their area to ensure residents see the community as an attractive place to live. 

Through work with city council and the City of Cambridge, the BIA provides assistance and input on city programs, planning issues, services, bylaws and activities that impact their residents.

Residents who are passionate about the local business community are being asked to submit nominations for the election.

Nominations open Wednesday and will close on March 14 at 4:30 p.m.
