Neighbourhood health bus in Cambridge next week

The neighbourhood bus is returning to Cambridge next week.

Families looking for a quick health check before the start of school are invited to check into the Waterloo Region Public Health Neighbourhood Bus when it rolls into Cambridge next week.

Public health has partnered with Grand River Transit for the clinic on wheels that provides vaccines, sexual healthcare, harm reduction, prenatal care, access to nurses and other supports in areas like mental and dental health by offering options and connections to community services. 

The bus will be at: 

Kinbridge Community Association (200 Christopher Drive, Cambridge) on Aug. 20 from 1 - 4 p.m. and 5 - 7 p.m.

 

Fiddlesticks Community Centre (71 Cowan Boulevard, Cambridge) on Aug. 21 from 1 - 4 p.m. and 5 - 7 p.m.

 

Greenway Chaplin Community Centre (116 Rouse Avenue, Cambridge) on Aug. 22, 1 - 4 p.m. and 5 - 7 p.m.
