After a deadly early morning crash on Hespeler Road in Cambridge, clean up crews are still at the scene, leaving the road closed for several more hours. 

According to Waterloo Regional Police Services via Twitter, the area of Hespeler Road between Kossuth Road and Guelph Avenue will remain closed for several hours while crews clean up a large oil/diesel spill. 

The area has been closed since police arrived on the scene just before 5 a.m. when a tractor trailer and an SUV collided, leaving one male victim dead. 

Police are still investigating the accident and urge drivers to find an alternative route.
