Damage is estimated at $350,000.00 in a Cambridge house fire that happened on Saturday.
City officials say that the Cambridge Fire Department responded to a fire at a single family home at 45 Chester Dr.
The area of origin of the fire was the basement furnace room with significant charring and fire damage to several floor joists. Firefighters successfully contained the fire to the basement area.
No injuries were reported
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
