The next chicken joint to join the city is almost ready.
Chick-fil-A has confirmed that its Cambridge restaurant on Hespeler Road will open early next year.
"We are happy to confirm our first Chick-fil-A Restaurant in Cambridge, Ontario is tentatively scheduled to open in early 2025," a spokesperson for Chick-fil-A Inc., said in an email.
"Chick-fil-A as a company is focused on community giving, delivering great food with our signature hospitality, and working with passionate people that can grow with the company."
The location is situated along the street in the Cambridge Centre mall parking lot.
Chick-fil-A will join Coop Wicked Chicken and the soon-to-be completed Browns Socialhouse as the newest restaurants on Hespeler Road.
Browns Socialhouse is also aiming for an early 2025 opening.
