Ribfest is coming back to Cambridge this summer with their announcement of their 2022 date. The one-day only event will be held at Hespeler Memorial Arena at 640 Ellis Rd. on Aug. 6.
Rotary Cambridge Sunrise has hosted the meat-loving festival for the last eight years. Like last year, this will be a one-day event and drive-thru only. They are not allowing any pedestrian foot traffic.
Ribfest will bring together three ribber teams from across North America who are hungry to compete for the title of best ribs. All of the team's menus and prices are available on the Cambridge Ribfest website.
All proceeds from the event are dispersed through the rotary to community charities and projects.
