On the heels of Blue Monday, the Cambridge Memorial Hospital is rolling out a new way to support people's mental health.
The Mental Health Family Education Series is an eight-week program aimed at providing residents with tools and resources.
Those in attendance will learn how to navigate community and hospital services to help ensure a smooth process when seeking support.
Mental health conditions, treatments, crisis management and self-care are a few of the topics that will be discussed.
Sessions begin Feb. 6 and run every Thursday from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Spots are limited and sign up is required.
