Locally heavy snowfall with total accumulations of 4 to 8 cm.
Reduced visibility at times in heavy snow.

Bands of lake-effect snow are forecast to affect the area today. The snow bands will move northeast of the area this afternoon as winds shift.
Be prepared to adjust your driving with changing road conditions. Take extra care when walking or driving in affected areas.
