The City of Cambridge is excited to host the annual 50+ Active Living Fair at Hespeler Arena on Tuesday, October 1.

“It’s fitting that this day also marks International Day of the Older Person,” said Mayor Jan Liggett. “As we work to foster a community where everyone is cared for it’s important to bring people together, and to support older adults in living active, engaged, and healthy lives. The fair offers a variety of resources on topics such as fitness, stress management, and improved sleep as well as a valuable opportunity to socialize and connect.”

Those attending the fair will learn about all the programs and services the City provides, and learn about the many services available throughout the community.
